Abdelrahman joined Legalia after being graduated in 2021 as a Junior Associate.
He is supporting in several legal matters related to various fields of law (e.g. Civil Law, Companies Law, Labor Law, Investment Law…etc). He also attends before Egyptian Courts of Law (i.e. Civil, Administrative, and Economic Courts).
As well as Abdelrahman is working and supporting in conducting legal research and memos, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and different corporate documents.
Abdelrahman is also part of LEGALIA litigation and corporate teams. He is supporting local and international clients/companies on employment issues, business contracts, alternative dispute resolution procedures, and labor matters. Also, he is handling the establishment of companies before GAFI and other corporate secretarial works.
