With over 19 years of experience, Ahmed covers all phases of litigation including trials and appeals before Civil and Commercial Courts of Law. He is experienced in civil, commercial and administrative law cases and handling litigation management.
He has experience in corporate and business law, labor matters and related disputes and litigations including employment related issues (such as investi- gations, layoffs, handle labor compliant before labor offices and Trade Unions…etc).
Ahmed is specialized in preparing lawsuit statements and pleadings, legal memos, complaints and dispute settlements.
He achieved the LLB from Cairo University – Faculty of Law in 2002. Ahmed is admitted before the Court of Appeal.
