Over 19 years of experience, Ashraf has extensive experience in Corporate and Business Laws including but not limited to M&A, advice on companies’ forma- tion, conduct due diligences, drafting commercial contracts, and general corporate and commercial procedures.
Ashraf has been recognized for his extensive experi- ence in companies’ formation, corporate secretarial services and dealing with Egyptian Regulators.
He is recognized as a leading lawyer specialized in property and real estate related matters matter including but not limited to drafting deed of title, conduct title search and title registration.
He achieved the LLB from Cairo University – Faculty of Law in 2001. Ashraf is admitted before the Court of Appeal.
