Anas joined Legalia as a Junior associate after graduating in 2023.
Anas is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law.
Anas holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the English Section with a grade of Excellent with Honors.
Anas holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law.
Anas is a member of LEGALIA’s Litigation and Corporate teams. He assists local and international clients with employment-related matters, commercial contracts, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and labor law issues. He is also responsible for company incorporation before GAFI, in addition to handling various corporate secretarial services.
Furthermore, Anas works on corporate law matters, including drafting legal memoranda, reviewing contracts, and conducting in-depth legal research.
